At Douglas Family Ministries, we believe strong marriages are built with intentionality, wisdom, and a Christ-centered foundation. Our SYMBIS Assessment coaching helps engaged, seriously dating, and married couples better understand one another and grow together.

SYMBIS—Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts—explores important areas of your relationship, including communication, expectations, personality differences, finances, conflict, family background, and faith. After you complete the assessment, we walk through your results with you and discuss practical ways to apply what you learn.

Standard SYMBIS is a focused, approximately two-hour review of your assessment and its key insights.

Deep Dive SYMBIS allows more time to explore your relationship in depth through four to five personalized sessions, approximately one to two hours each.

Whether you are preparing for marriage or seeking to strengthen the one you have, our goal is to help you build understanding, trust, and a healthier path forward together.

A Personal Two-Day Experience for Men and Women

The Individual Reboot Intensive is a private, personalized two-day experience for men and women who are ready to step away from the noise of everyday life and address the deeper issues that often go unspoken.

Many people carry silent burdens—past wounds, relationship struggles, stress, questions of identity, or spiritual disconnection. During your time with us in Gardendale, Texas, we make space for honest conversation, biblical reflection, and practical steps toward healing and renewed purpose. Meals and program materials are provided so you can focus on the work in front of you.

Together, we explore your story, identify patterns that may be holding you back, strengthen emotional and relational health, and create a clear path forward. This is a personal experience shaped around you, not a group conference.

The work continues after the reboot. We reconnect through six to eight follow-up calls, scheduled approximately every two weeks, to support you as you put what you learned into practice.

Making Healing and Restoration Accessible

At Douglas Family Ministries, we believe financial limitations should not be the only reason someone goes without support. Our Scholarship Fund helps individuals and couples who want to participate in our coaching, marriage preparation, or reboot programs but cannot currently cover the full cost.

Thanks to the generosity of donors, we may offer partial scholarships when funding is available. Assistance depends on financial need, program availability, the scholarship fund balance, and a willingness to participate in the process.
